The Healthy Green Juice Recipe I Love
Its so important for me to make sure I eat plenty of greens every day. The nutrients give me energy to keep up with my busy schedule. I also credit greens and extra boosts like turmeric and ginger for keeping my skin healthy and glowing.
When I moved into my new apartment, one of my first purchases was a new juicer, and I love creating different juice recipes trying out different vegetables like celery, beets, and spinach. I also like to throw in a fruit like an apple or a pear for a little natural sugar.
My absolute favorite recipe green juice recipe right now is a simple combo of kale, cucumber, and ginger. I promise it tastes better than it looks!
My Favorite Green Juice Recipe
- 1 Kale Stalk Bunch
- 2 Medium Cucumbers
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Green Apple
- 5 oz Container of Spinach
- 2-4 inch Ginger Root
- 2 Carrots
