Pizza Recipes With Cali’flour Crust

I love to cook for my friends and family. I grew up in an Italian family and my mom always used to home make pizza for our friends and family so I like to carry out that tradition in my own home here in LA. Of course, eating pizza every day isn’t exactly the healthiest option, but its all about swapping out ingredients for a healthier options—so you can still get your pizza fix.

Cali’flour pizza crusts are a great alternative for when you’re craving pizza but still want to make healthy choices. They are made of cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, and a little bit of seasoning- and that’s it. They’re gluten and grain free, and each crust only has 6 grams of carbs. Plus, each crust contains a whole serving of vegetables, and that doesn’t even count what veggies you add as toppings.

To put these crusts to the test, I created 3 different pizzas using the Cali’flour pizza crusts. Keep reading to get the recipes!
